Bruce Ryan, the founder and principal of RHK Capital, brings over 40 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and commercial real estate. His career includes senior roles at Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney, and Chemical Bank New York, where he developed a deep understanding of capital markets. He has served as president of two broker-dealers, honing his expertise in securities and financial services.
A graduate of Northeastern University, Bruce remains active in both his professional and personal life. He still enjoys playing tennis, golf and chasing his grandchildren.

Mark Jazwin
Mark is an investment Banker with RHK Capital. He holds or has held several securities licenses over a 28-year career including Series 7, 63, 24, 27 and has extensive experience in a wide variety of transactions including M &A, Initial Public Offerings, and Private Placements. The offerings have spanned multiple industries but his primary focus since 2008 has been raising capital for commercial real estate developers to acquire existing assets in several different commercial real estate asset classes as well as land acquisition and ground up construction.

Gizelle Lara
Gizelle is a registered broker at RHK Capital with years of experience in the finance industry, starting in 2017. She began her career at Griffin Capital Securities as an Associate Vice President, Internal Wholesaler, before the company was acquired by Apollo Global Management, where she worked as a Specialist. In 2022, she made the move to investment banking at RHK Capital. Outside of work, Gizelle loves to travel, golf, and spend quality time with her husband and their pup, Arya. She enjoys cooking, discovering new shows or movies, and checking out new restaurants wherever she goes. Outgoing and personable, Gizelle is known for building lasting relationships and bringing a high level of professionalism to everything she does.

Phil Hein
Phil’s experience allows him to offer various alternative investment opportunities to his clients. Since joining RHK, Phil has been raising capital for commercial real estate projects. He works closely with sponsors to provide financial options required to bring their visions to life. Phil prides himself on utilizing his network to connect investors with appropriate sponsors. Phil works with a diverse range of sponsors, representing distressed assets, industrial, self-storage, multifamily and data centers. On the investor side, Phil has cultivated a broad network of institutional investors, family offices and HNW individuals. Prior to joining RHK, Phil brokered institutional blocks of VC secondaries in names like Discord, Rippling, Stripe and so on. This gave him a deep understanding of investor expectations while sourcing relevant liquidity solutions for shareholders. Outside of work, Phil enjoys skiing with his kids, mountain biking with his son and open-water swimming in the Long Island Sound.

Robert Williams
Robert has been licensed since 1984 and has worked as a registered advisor and a branch manager for several firms. He’s been working alongside Bruce Ryan since 2012. Prior to that, Robert spent several years with Sterne, Agee & Leach, and Stern Agee Financial. Robert has specialized in financing the development of self-storage facilities for the last 10 years. In his spare time, Robert enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family, especially his grandson!

Todd McKee
Todd has been a registered rep for over 30 years, with a focus on providing current income for his high net-worth clients. Educated at Clarkson University in northern New York with dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics, Todd immediately found an opportunity upon graduation in the financial services industry and never looked back. After achieving the role of branch manager at two firms very early in his career, it became evident to him that Wall Street firms put themselves before their clients, so he went independent in 1998, joining Bruce Ryan, owner of RHK Capital, to be free to build relationships with his clients and do what is best for them. Over the past decade our firm has been at the cutting edge of providing short and long-term income solutions for our friends and clients, and Todd is very proud to be a part of it. Outside of work Todd enjoys boating with family and friends, motorcycle riding, snowmobiling, golf, carpentry, watching sports and enjoying time spent with his wife and daughters.
